[ogWiFi] Restrictions to public sites via ogWifi

Apparently, some routers have the ability to enable Parental Controls
which allows the router to contact paid content filtering services to
allow the content filtering to be done on the router. One of these
placed before the ogWifi router would be sufficient. The content
filtering subscriptions seem to be about $35-40USD
