[ogWiFi] Wireless access for a whole community...How to do it

Hi all,

One caveat for DSL here in Ottawa if you're in the Greenboro area  
you're at the edge of coverage for DSL and pretty much never get the  
full speed. I was lucky to get 1 mbit on DSL there and ended up  
switching to cable.

Off-lease systems are often a good option for those with limited  
budget looking for a computer. If they don't come with an OS most  
flavours of Linux will run on them.

Something to keep in mind if anyone wants an ogWiFi in the area and  
they don't have broadband yet.
